FAQs
Have questions? We got you covered!
1. What services does Your Launch offer for WordPress websites?
Answer: At Your Launch, we specialise in full-service WordPress website design and development built with Elementor. Our offerings include conversion-optimized page design, mobile-first layouts, booking/lead-generation forms, eCommerce/checkout integrations (if needed), and ongoing support via our care & maintenance plans. We also provide speed optimisation, security hardening, and basic SEO setup to ensure your site not only looks great but performs and converts.
2. Who is Your Launch best suited for — which types of businesses?
Answer: We’re ideal for small to medium-sized business owners, service providers, and entrepreneurs who want a high-impact website that turns visitors into bookings or sales — not just a “nice” site that sits idle. Whether you’re launching your first site or refreshing an existing one, if you’re looking for speed, conversion and reliability over “just a template”, you’ll benefit from our approach.
3. How many websites has Your Launch built so far?
Answer: We have delivered 300+ WordPress design and development projects using Elementor. This track record means we’ve refined our process, avoiding common pitfalls and moving efficiently while maintaining high quality.
4. Why choose Your Launch instead of a generic template-builder or freelancer?
Answer: Generic site builders or freelancers often deliver a site that looks okay but isn’t optimised for conversion, performance, mobile speed or long-term reliability. At Your Launch, we build for results — clear messaging, fast load times, mobile-first design, trust-building elements, and ongoing care. We’re a partner in your web presence, not just a one-off build.
5. Can Your Launch work in any industry or niche?
Answer: Yes. We’ve worked across a variety of industries. Because our focus is on design clarity, user journey and performance rather than a one-size-fits-all template, we can adapt to your niche — whether you’re in health care, coaching, trades, eCommerce, or B2B services. We tailor layout, messaging and integrations to your business model.
6. How does the website design & development process work at Your Launch?
Answer: Our typical workflow includes:
Discovery & requirements gathering (your goals, brand, audience)
Design wireframes/mock-ups in Elementor for key pages
Build & develop in WordPress + Elementor (responsive, mobile-first)
Speed optimisation, booking/lead form integration, basic SEO setup
Client review, revisions, final approval
Launch your site live and handover training if needed
Post-launch support & care plan activation (optional)
This structured process ensures clarity, speed and high quality.
7. How long does it take to launch a website with Your Launch?
Answer: It depends on the scope. For a simpler site (for example 1–page or minimal pages) we aim for around 7 days under our Starter plan. For a fuller site (up to 5 pages, integrations like booking or eCommerce) it may take around 30 days or more under our Business or Growth plans. We’ll provide a clear timeline in your proposal once the scope is agreed.
8. Will my website be mobile-friendly and fast to load?
Answer: Absolutely. Mobile-first design is a core part of our workflow. We optimise each site for mobile responsiveness, and apply speed-best practices (image optimisation, caching, minimal bloat) to ensure fast load times. A responsive, fast site not only provides a better user experience but also supports SEO.
9. Can I update and manage my site myself after launch?
Answer: Yes. Since your site is built on WordPress with Elementor, you’ll have access to the CMS and the page builder. We provide training or brief documentation so you can update content (text, images, blog posts) when you like. If you prefer to focus on your business, you can also let us handle updates under our care plan.
10. What is included in your basic SEO setup for websites?
Answer: Our basic SEO setup covers foundational elements: keyword-friendly page titles and meta descriptions, clean URL structure, mobile-friendly site setup, performance optimisation, and installation/configuration of an SEO plugin. For deeper SEO (content strategy, backlinking, ongoing optimisation) we offer additional services or care-plan upgrades.
11. What’s covered in the ongoing maintenance and care plan?
Answer: The care plan includes: plugin & theme updates, WordPress core updates, regular backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, performance checks, minor content edits, and support for issues that arise. The goal is to keep your site working, secure and converting without you having to worry about the technical side.
12. Do I need to provide all content, images and branding materials?
Answer: Ideally you provide what you already have: logo, brand colours, photos, text. If you don’t have everything, we can assist with content creation, stock-image sourcing and branding guidance as an add-on. The clearer your input, the faster we’ll launch, but we’ve built processes to support clients who are starting somewhat fresh.
13. I already have a website — can Your Launch help improve it or rebuild it?
Answer: Yes. We can audit your current site to identify speed/design/conversion issues, then either refresh the design or rebuild it in WordPress + Elementor. Our goal is to improve performance, user experience and lead conversion rather than simply replicate what you already have.
14. Does Your Launch support e-commerce, booking systems or integrations?
Answer: Yes. We support booking/lead-generation forms, checkout & eCommerce via WooCommerce (and other relevant plugins), and any necessary integrations (payment gateways, CRM, analytics). When you select a plan or a custom quote, we’ll include whichever integrations your business needs.
15. What are the pricing plans and how can I choose the right one?
Answer: We offer three primary plans:
Starter Plan (1-page site, quick launch, mobile-first, basic SEO, 30-day care)
Business Plan (up to 5 pages, booking/lead forms, speed & care included)
Growth/Enterprise Plan (5+ pages, custom UI, eCommerce/checkout, analytics and integrations)
If your needs fall outside these, we’ll create a custom quote. We’ll help you pick the right one by reviewing your scope, goals and budget in a free call.
16. How will Your Launch help my website convert visitors into bookings or sales?
Answer: We focus on conversion-driven design: clear messaging, strong calls to action, trust signals (testimonials, case studies), mobile optimisation, fast load times and seamless user journeys. While we cannot guarantee specific results (see next question), our process is designed to maximise the chances of turning visitors into leads and clients.
17. Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or sales from my new website?
Answer: No — while we build for conversion and deploy best practices, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads or sales, as those outcomes depend also on your offer, traffic volume, marketing, follow-up and other variables. What we guarantee is a high-quality website built to convert and perform reliably.
18. What happens if my site breaks or I have issues later on?
Answer: If you’re enrolled in our care plan, we’ll handle updates, monitoring, backups and fixes for you. If you’re not on a care plan, you can still reach out and we’ll provide support (with agreed-upon rates) to resolve any issues. Either way, our priority is to get you back up and running with minimal downtime.
19. Can I switch from another agency or DIY platform to Your Launch?
Answer: Yes. We help clients migrate from other platforms or agencies. We’ll review your existing site, determine what we can reuse, rebuild or improve, migrate to WordPress + Elementor, and set you up for better design, speed and conversion. The transition is smooth and we’ll guide you step-by-step.
20. How do you measure that my website is performing well (speed, analytics, conversion)?
Answer: We track key performance metrics including load-time (via Core Web Vitals), mobile responsiveness, visitor behaviour and conversion goals (via Google Analytics or similar). After launch we provide you with these insights and can suggest optimisations to continuously improve performance.
21. What hosting or domain requirements do I need to meet?
Answer: You need a registered domain and hosting with sufficient performance, uptime and security. We can work with your existing hosting or recommend one if you’re starting fresh. We ensure your WordPress setup is optimised for speed, security and scalability. If your hosting is weak, we’ll advise you on upgrading.
22. Is the website secure and GDPR-compliant (especially for EU clients)?
Answer: Yes. We build your website with SSL/HTTPS, secure login/protection, and comply with basic GDPR requirements: cookie consent, privacy policy, data-handling practices etc. For more complex compliance (data processors, advanced tracking) we can support you via add-ons or guidance.
23. What happens if I want to add more pages/features after the initial launch?
Answer: No problem. Your site is built to scale. You can either upgrade your plan or use our maintenance/support service for additional features. We’ll quote any extra work (e.g., new page templates, custom integrations) and schedule the updates.
24. Will you back up my website and provide support after launch?
Answer: Yes — under our care plan we run regular backups, monitor uptime, update software and respond to support requests. Even if you don’t take the care plan, we can set up backups and offer ad-hoc support. Ongoing support is highly recommended to keep your site performing.
25. Which versions of WordPress and Elementor do you use and keep updated?
Answer: We always use the latest stable versions of WordPress and Elementor (along with compatible plugins) to ensure security, performance and longevity. Under our care plan we handle updates and compatibility checks for you, so your site stays current.
26. What if I don’t like the design — how flexible is revision?
Answer: We include revision rounds in our process. After design mock-ups are presented, you’ll have opportunities to review and provide feedback. If the final design doesn’t meet your expectations (within the agreed scope) we’ll work with you to adjust until you’re satisfied.
27. After launch, do I own everything (site, content, domain rights)?
Answer: Yes. After launch, you own the website, its content, your domain (if you registered/selected it), and all assets we created (unless otherwise agreed). We simply ask permission to show your site in our portfolio. Your brand remains fully yours.
28. Can you deliver a website for a German-speaking market or multilingual audience?
Answer: Yes. We can build the site in German (or any supported language) and/or set up a multilingual version. We’ll ensure messaging, UX and design are appropriate for your German-speaking target audience, and handle language switch, translations etc as part of the scope.
29. How do you ensure the website remains fast, secure and up-to-date over time?
Answer: Ongoing maintenance is the key. With our care plan we keep your software updated, monitor speed and uptime, run security scans, perform backups and optimise performance regularly. We also provide analytics and insights to recommend adjustments and keep your site competitive.
30. What if none of your standard plans match my requirements — can I get a custom quote?
Answer: Absolutely. Every business is unique. If your needs fall outside our Starter, Business or Growth plans (for example a large eCommerce site, membership portal or custom integration), we’ll create a fully custom quote tailored to your vision, feature set and budget.
